An Awe Inspiring, Immersive Redwood AdventureGreenway oversaw the development of the Redwood Sky Walk, a thrilling forest journey near the Sequoia Park Zoo. They led the design and construction of ramps, bridges, and a launch deck, as well as assisted the city in selecting a specialized design/build team for additional components, serving as the Owner's Representative.

In 2017, the City of Eureka enlisted Greenway to upgrade the Sequoia Park meadow playground with funding from Redwood Capital Bank and the State of California. Greenway engaged the community through design charrettes, resulting in inclusive play areas and improved accessibility features. The project was completed on time and within budget by July 2021.

Fire Stations
Upgrading Our Local Fire StationsThe Arcata Volunteer Fire Department enlisted Greenway to help with funding constraints for a new fire station. Greenway advised retrofitting their existing station, strategically located for most calls, saving millions and expediting the project. They managed all aspects of the project, serving as both project and construction manager for the Arcata and McKinleyville Fire Stations.
Gene Lucas Community Center
A New Community Gathering SpaceGreenway collaborated with the McLean Foundation to realize their vision of a community center on 37 acres near Newburg Park in Fortuna. Together, they developed a comprehensive plan for the campus, encompassing offices, classrooms, event spaces, recreational areas, and wildlife habitats. Over four years, Greenway led the project from master planning to construction management, achieving the client's goal of creating a beautiful gathering place for the Eel River Valley community.
