Matt Grosjean

The ability to take an idea and turn it into reality requires a unique set of skills. As a Designer and Project Manager, Matt ensures that every idea, no matter how small, is evaluated thoroughly before any action is taken. This thoughtful approach, with attention to detail, provides real value to a project because it ensures the implemented idea is the right idea.

Matt’s expertise, gained from 20 years working on dozens of projects makes him an indispensable team member. Every good team needs a person who can make sure that no stone is left unturned during a project–to “sweat the small stuff.”  Because he is both a designer and project manager, Matt can pursue efficiencies on a project that are otherwise unavailable to most project teams.

Matt knows that project plans are a tool to communicate how to turn a client’s aspirations into reality. He is able to capture these aspirations, create inspired conceptual designs, and manage the construction necessary to bring them into reality.

When he is not managing projects, Matt enjoys camping with his family, coaching Little League, playing guitar, learning golf, and appreciating life on the North Coast.  Matt’s Bachelor of Science degree from Humboldt State University focused on Industrial Technology, Design, and Construction.  Matt has lived his entire life in Northern California. He currently lives in McKinleyville with his wife Theresa, and their two children, Garrett and Ella.
