Our Discover phase is about ensuring all elements of a project-strategy, operations, planning, finance, design, construction-are in alignment right at the beginning. Projects are always strategic initiatives, and to succeed, they need a multi-disciplinary, client centered process that maps out the pathway forward.
Design is a very powerful tool but it must be used in alignment with project strategy to be most effective. Good architecture requires a commitment to creating meaningful places and powerful user experiences that also solve strategic problems for our clients. Health, life and safety are the backbone of our design process, which also skillfully weaves in sustainability, beauty and functional forms. Because we work in such a collaborative way, our clients have frequent and meaningful input during all phases of design.

The Delivery phase is far from a simple handing-over of the finished product. Whether as a design-build team, or as owner’s representative, our construction services team ensures that projects are delivered with the highest level of care and professionalism. Managing timelines, budgets, and contractors is challenging work, but we have proven over the course of dozens of complicated projects that we are more than up to the task.
