Our partnership with the Humboldt Senior Resource Center began in 2017, with the development of the Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) medical clinic and Adult Day Health facility on the campus of the McLean Foundation Community Center. We worked closely with the Humboldt Senior Resource Center (HSRC) staff and leadership to create a facility that catered to both their needs and the needs of their clients.
With Greenway heading up the architecture, planning, civil engineering, entitlements, and management of construction, a beautiful facility that serves those who have difficulty living their lives without support was completed in early 2020. Replete with an exercise area, computer room, full kitchen, and situated in a beautifully restored wetland area, we can rest easy knowing that local seniors are receiving the care they need in a pleasant, natural setting. We are also planning and designing a facility adjacent to the site that will host 66 units of affordable housing for PACE participants and those with dementia.
