Experience
Kirk has been a project manager and lead planner on numerous construction and natural resources projects, including public facilities and commercial properties. His over 25 years of professional experience includes a wide array of public engagement efforts, environmental compliance planning, and regulatory permitting processes, inter-agency agreements and negotiations, and resource management planning efforts. He specializes in identifying project constraints and developing projects with clients that avoid or mitigate impacts to improve social, environmental, and economic outcomes.
Kirk is a trained mediator and facilitator; he brings this expertise to every project he engages in so that stakeholders are better coordinated, and projects stay on track and yield intended outcomes.

Experience
Jason has over 20 years of experience with design of new and renovation projects, space planning, construction drawings, specifications, civil drawings, and interaction with consultants and various review agencies for commercial, educational, medical, and residential projects.
Navigating the jurisdictional and state regulations and requirements is no small part of successfully steering a project. Jason’s work with many review agencies including Division of the State Architect(DSA) and the California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) brings great value to Greenway Partners and their clients.
Matt Grosjean

Experience
Matt has over 28 years of experience in Design, Engineering and Project Management in the commercial, industrial and residential arenas. His professional career has developed around significant building projects in Central and Northern California. Matt’s adds to his General Contracting licensure an in-depth knowledge of processes needed to complete a building project from beginning to end, including architectural design, design team/subcontractor management, permitting, appropriating bid and contract documents, contract negotiation, project budgeting, and construction management.
Prior to working at Greenway, Matt founded North Coast Design in 2005. North Coast Design assisted Humboldt County property owners, builders, architects and homeowners with architectural design and development, engineering coordination, drafting services, permitting services and other commercial and residential construction design needs.
