The McLean Foundation is supporting the development of a multi-facility complex that will provide venues for a variety of community functions. The center will be sited on 36 acres in Fortuna, California and will feature facilities for seniors, youth and family programs, recreational activities, open space and trails, restored wetland and creek areas.
The McLean Foundation was established to support the people, arts and communities of the Eel River Valley. Greenway is working with the Foundation to design and manage the development of their community center.
Greenway is providing architecture, landscape architecture, and engineering design, as well as planning, entitlements, permitting, financial analysis and community and stakeholder engagement.
