Kristen Orth

Kristen is a Project Coordinator at Greenway. Recently graduated from Humboldt State University, Kristen brings a strong attention to detail and organization that supports the Greenway team in completing projects and tasks.

Kristen left Maui, Hawaii to attend HSU. Growing up on Maui gave her a sense of awe and respect for the ocean and all its inhabitants. This passion for the environment and wildlife led her to a B.S. in Environmental Biology and Zoology.

At Greenway, Kristen applies her training and education in the sciences to produce clearly and concisely written research reports and provide critical analysis and observation. She is heavily involved in supporting Greenway’s work on restoration, recreation, and education projects.

Kristen has always been involved in her community, volunteering with a variety of causes, including environmental education, wildlife rescue and rehabilitation, and nonprofit fundraising events. When not at Greenway, Kristen enjoys windsurfing, soccer, Latin dancing, and lounging in the sun with her fiancé and their two ducks.
