Jordan King, P.E.

Jordan is a licensed civil engineer and building contractor with experience working on a vast range of projects related to infrastructure, energy, and the environment. As a Project Engineer for Greenway, he assists in the design, implementation, and management of community improvement projects.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Chemistry from Saint Mary’s College of California, he completed the Environmental Systems: Environmental Resources Engineering Master’s program at Humboldt State University, and began work implementing renewable energy and energy efficiency measures throughout Humboldt County. He then transitioned into the world of civil and environmental engineering, focusing on remediation, compliance, and infrastructure projects. This background has given him perspective on the critical importance of addressing environmental impacts when planning for future development and system upgrades.

Jordan has served as a board member of the North Coast Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and is a member of the California Association of Building Energy Consultants (CABEC). In his free time, he enjoys surfing around Trinidad where he lives, and playing soccer in the in the various Humboldt County leagues.
