Erin Ponte

Erin is a Landscape Architect who brings a fresh perspective on site planning, sustainable design techniques that incorporate native vegetation, storm-water management, habitat conservation and smart growth practices. She is a pivotal member of Greenway’s growing design services.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon. In previous her work with traditional architecture firms and design build services, Erin spent the past 8 years utilizing design to elevate social interaction and user experience within the private and public realms. Working in Oregon, California and Texas, she developed a keen understanding of the formal design process, urban development, sustainable design practices, social and environmental impacts, as well as the client-architecture relationship.

Through her work, Erin seeks to find innovative solutions to complex projects, synthesizing place-making and infrastructure needs to create environments that cultivate, educate, and sustain. She values design as a tool to connect people with nature.

For fun, Erin enjoys running marathons, hiking, traveling, gardening and mountain biking. Excited to be back in her hometown, she looks forward to working in and with the community.
