Project Management and Consultation

Greenway has secured a contract for as-needed project management services with the City of Arcata. To start off this contract, we will be assisting the City with managing the design and construction of three new developments which are all part of the City’s current Economic Development Strategic Plan:

• Expansion and renovation of the Foodworks facility.
• Transformation of the Arcata Bay Self Storage into the Arcata Bay Crossing transitional housing complex for adults.
• Development of Business Condos in the Aldergrove industrial area.
