His work focuses on positioning organizations for transformation and then managing the changes that result. He has also worked with tribal councils and jurisdictional agencies on energy and environmental projects. Kirk has over 15 years of experience in planning and organizational learning. more
David Narum, Ph.D.
David has worked with clients from the local, national and international levels on environmental policy and analysis, regenerative design, and place-based planning. David specializes in helping clients develop solutions to their needs that are creative and technically rigorous. He has over over two decades of experience working as a consultant and professor. more
Steve Salzman, P.E.
Steve is a licensed civil engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, and has been the lead engineer and/or project manager on a wide variety of local and state projects ranging from land development to green buildings and waste management planning. He has over 20 years of consulting and engineering experience in energy and environmental projects and is also the Executive Director of Plan It Green. more

Fawn specializes in environmental management and policy development and has over 7 years of experience in research, project development, education, grant writing, and data management. She has an M.S. in International Agricultural Development, with an emphasis in Community Development, from the University of California-Davis. more
